Frequently asked questions
What should I bring with me?
Depending on the time of year, we encourage guests to wear layers to accommodate the unpredictable weather of Yellowstone National Park. Guests should also bring a hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, and comfortable shoes. For those who want to capture a lasting memory, please bring your camera and binoculars.
How much will it cost for children?
There is no charge for children under the age of 5.
Why should I choose Cody Shuttle for my tour of Yellowstone?
We are a family-run business that has been providing tours of Yellowstone since 1996. We never tire of seeing Yellowstone and frequently spend our off hours in the park experiencing the different hikes, wildlife, and habitats of every season. We believe each tour is a unique and special experience and we strive to provide a one-of-a-kind tour of the nation’s first national park.
Will you stop on the way if we need to take a photo, want to take a hike, or spend more time at a specific location?
We are happy to oblige guests who want to spend more time in Yellowstone. All we ask is for guests to respect and consider other tour participants who may be on the same tour. If your party is alone on the tour, we are more than willing to accommodate your requests. Cody Shuttle strives for safety and adherence to park regulations when stopping for wildlife viewing or photography.
Is gratuity included in the price of the tour?
No. However, it is customary to give your tour guide a tip at the end of the tour if he/she has done a good job. The amount is entirely at your discretion and is not mandatory.
What is the Cancellation Policy?
Payment is fully refundable if cancelled due to extreme weather, or if we receive 1 week's notice prior to the scheduled tour.
