We just wanted to send you a note to tell you how wonderful your driver was yesterday. We left our home in Stone Mountain, Georgia at 5:30 am EST, and arrived at the Atlanta airport by 6:00 to board an 8:15 flight that was supposed to end at Cody WY that afternoon. After a 3 hour delay in Atlanta, we finally left, but we arrived at Salt Lake City too late to catch our connection to Cody. After a 2 1/2 layover, Delta flew us to Billings, MT and told us we would have to take a bus to Cody. We dreaded the prospect of a 2 hour car trip after our LONG ordeal --- by the time we got to Billings we had already been "on the road" for more than 12 hours.

We were met at the Billings airport by your driver, whose name we did not get. He waited patiently while Delta located one of our bags, which they had lost, then we all piled in and began the trip to Cody. Your driver was FABULOUS! What could have been an excruciating road trip turned into a delightful guided tour of some of the most spectacular scenery we'd ever seen. We talked about the area, the geology, politics, wildlife, what to do and see....in short, it was like having a family friend take us home!

What could have been an awful trip turned into the highlight of our day. We wanted to let you know that your driver...whoever that was...is a real gem, and he really made our day. Thanks so much!
